Priority Agenda 1: Promote improved governance of the oil and gas sector along the value chain and extraction decision-making

The first priority agenda covers aspects of transparency, participation, accountability, inclusiveness, and gender equity in governance in the oil and gas sector, particularly in the contract and licensing process, upstream exploration and exploitation operations, taxes and state revenues, profit sharing (benefit sharing) directly or indirectly for the local community and economy and social and environmental aspects in the oil and gas industry.
