Priority Agenda 5: Strengthening the governance of the National Secretariat and coalition networks
The last agenda priority includes maintaining and improving the national secretariat’s governance performance, leading and supporting coalition activities, increasing knowledge capacity and expertise in public policy analysis and extractive governance, knowledge management, and sharing experiences between coalitions and resource management human resources. Also, financial resources, branding development and coalition campaigns, and adaptive modern organizational leadership to change and progress. The credibility and branding of PWYP Indonesia at the national and global levels are maintained and improve its performance, including efforts to strengthen the relationship. The role of the Steering Committee with coalition members and the national secretariat also increases member involvement in policy advocacy, strengthening governance, and developing innovation in various regions and national levels.
