PWYP Indonesia and the PRECISE Project Batch I Participant Coalition Organizations held a PRECISE Project Casual Talk which aimed to explore the latest updates from the business units that have been explored and incubated over the past seven months. This event is essential in monitoring the development and progress of the business units involved in this project.

One of the main objectives of this activity is to obtain updates and turnover developments from the business units that have undergone exploration and incubation over the past seven months. In this casual talk, PWYP Indonesia coalition organizations had the opportunity to hear about the progress made by the business units from March to May, the obstacles faced, and the innovations made to increase turnover.

PRECISE Casual Talk also has a broader long-term goal: to make PRECISE Batch I participants pioneers for Civil Society Organization (CSO) business units to be replicated in other organizations in the future. By observing and learning from the experiences of the business units involved in this project, it is hoped that it can provide guidance and inspiration for other CSOs who want to develop their business units.

Here are some of the business units that have been explored and incubated over the past seven months:

1. Akar Coffee Bengkulu by Akar Foundation
Akar Coffee Bengkulu is a business unit that focuses on the production and sale of authentic Bengkulu coffee. Akar Coffee Bengkulu seeks to provide economic benefits to local coffee farmers and produce high-quality products for consumers through a socially sustainable approach.

2. Enviro Strategic Alliance (ESA) by ICEL
Enviro Strategic Alliance (ESA) is a business unit engaged in the field of environment and conservation. ESA is committed to building strategic partnerships between the private sector, government, and communities to maintain environmental sustainability.

3. Ulya Aqiqah dan Qurban by IPC
Ulya Aqiqah and Qurban is a business unit that focuses on providing animal sacrifice and catering services with a professional approach and in accordance with religious guidance. IPC strives to provide the best quality service to customers and provide social benefits to the surrounding community.

4. Kopi H-Icon by InFest Garut
H-Icon Coffee is a business unit that produces coffee with a unique flavor and aroma. InFest Garut strives to highlight the potential of local Garut coffee and encourage regional economic development through quality coffee products.

5. SoMart by Somasi NTB
SoMart is a business unit that focuses on marketing local products from NTB (West Nusa Tenggara). Through its e-commerce platform and offline sales, Somasi NTB seeks to promote local products and increase the income of local businesses.

6. Gula Aren Semut by LePMIL Sulawesi
Gula Aren Semut is a business unit that produces and sells organic palm sugar. LePMIL Sulawesi is committed to supporting organic farming and encouraging the utilization of local natural potential to improve community welfare.

7. Pusat Belajar Anggaran (PUSJAGA) oleh Yasmib Sulawesi
Pusat Belajar Anggaran (PUSJAGA) is a business unit that provides training and consulting services in budget management. Yasmib Sulawesi aims to increase the capacity and understanding of civil society in managing budgets effectively and transparently.

8. Berkah Selaras Semesta Oleh-oleh Kaltim by PADI
Berkah Selaras Semesta Oleh-oleh Kaltim is a business unit that focuses on the production and sale of souvenirs from East Kalimantan. PADI strives to promote the richness of local culture and crafts and provide economic benefits to businesses in the area.

9. PATTIRO
PATTIRO established a business unit that provides training services for Civil Society Organizations (CSOs) and Local Governments (LGs). Through this training, PATTIRO seeks to increase the capacity of CSOs and LGUs in implementing sustainable and impactful development programs.

10. Swanagata by PWYP Indonesia
Swanagata is a business unit engaged in digital services and organizational finance and management consulting services. PWYP Indonesia uses Swanagata as a platform to promote important messages about through digital services and the latest organizational financial management issues that fit the needs.

PRECISE Casual Talks have allowed participants to share their experiences, learnings, and challenges during incubation. Through this activity, it is expected that CSO business units can continue to develop innovations and achieve sustainable growth. PRECISE Batch I is an essential milestone in strengthening the partnership between CSOs and the business sector and making a real contribution to sustainable economic development in Indonesia.
