Irendra Radjawali

Irendra Radjawali is a political-ecology expert with a technical background and expertise in data science and complexity studies. He is pursuing a doctoral degree (candidate) in Complexity Science from ISCTE-Lisbon and has conducted research at renowned universities in Germany and France. His expertise spans spatial dynamic system modeling, network analysis, data science, and data visualization. Additionally, he is a skilled programmer and coder.

Irendra actively engages in various consulting and research projects, collaborating with government agencies and NGOs in Indonesia and internationally. He has contributed to developing digital early warning systems for climate change adaptation, accelerated social forestry programs, and human rights monitoring. His work also involves peatland restoration projects and participatory mapping using drones. His experience includes roles as a researcher, data analyst, and guest lecturer.

He is strongly interested in socio-ecopreneurship and technology, particularly in leveraging technology for community empowerment and addressing environmental issues. Irendra is also active in academic and popular publications and participates in organizations such as Publish What You Pay (PWYP) Indonesia. His work and activities focus on solving issues through systemic and collaborative approaches, positively impacting communities and the environment.
