Natalia Soebagjo

Natalia Soebagjo is a highly influential figure in Indonesia. She has a substantial background in both the private and public sectors and civil society activism. Her extensive career spans leadership roles across various companies, particularly in finance and investment, and pivotal roles in public and international organizations.
Natalia began her career at the Dharmala Group in the private sector before founding and leading PT Binaartha Parama, a stock brokerage and investment advisory firm. She has also been involved in several securities firms and private equity companies. She is an Independent Commissioner at prominent public companies in Indonesia, including PT Hero Indonesia Tbk.
In the public sector, Natalia is active on various government committees and public organizations, contributing to bureaucratic reform, anti-corruption oversight, and public policy. She has held leadership positions in numerous international organizations, including Transparency International, and is actively involved in foundations and organizations focused on investment, biodiversity, and environmental issues.
Natalia holds a Bachelor of Arts from the University of Indonesia and a Master’s from the University of California, Berkeley. She has received prestigious awards, including being named an Eisenhower Fellow and Asia Fellow.
