PWYP Indonesia is a coalition of 35 Non Government Organizations (NGOs), which focuses on promoting transparency and accountability in extractive sector (Oil and Gas, Mining, and other Natural Reosurces).

Currently, PWYP Indonesia is looking for an enthisiast Intern to be placed at “Voicing for Life” Program.

Program Assistant:

Essential duties and responsibilities:
Under the supervision of Program Manager and HR Manager, the program assistant will perform administrative and support activities for the project Voicing foe Life.

Specific activities included:

  • Schedule meetings, prepare agendas, transcribe and distribute minutes of meeting.
  • Prepare necessary arrangement for workshop, seminar, and training identified by the Program
  • Manager, including check the budget and liase with the finance team.
  • Assists in planning and organizing events and activities, manage scheduling, invitation coordination, and logistics.
  • Prepare correspondence, compile data, reports, and presentations based on project staff input and research.
  • Assists the research activity and research writing.

Requirements:

  • Graduated or final year student from university.
  • Major in social/political science, economics, law, international relation, environmental science, or other relevant studies.
  • Interested in development and public policy, extractive and environmental governance, co-creating and international engagement.
  • Posses a strong organizational experience, constructive and vibrant personality.
  • Have good integrity, high motivation, open minded, and fast learner.

The internship program will be held for 3 months, and available for extend / contract renewal based on performance.
